AI is most valuable when it solves a defined problem. I design focused systems for knowledge access, analysis and responsible automation, using models appropriate to your infrastructure and data.
A combination of capable language models, smaller local models, retrieval systems and purpose-built automation, chosen for the job rather than the hype.
Focused local models. Specific tasks do not always require large cloud services. Small language models can run on dedicated infrastructure where speed, cost or data control matters.
Flexible general-purpose models. Language models can support analysis, drafting and coding when their strengths and limitations are properly accounted for.
Useful access to business information. Retrieval augmented generation can connect a model to selected documents and databases, with source context and validation where appropriate.
Automation with clear limits. Defined tasks such as document preparation, classification or workflow support can be automated with logs, permissions and human intervention points.
Not everything belongs in the cloud. Local processing can reduce external data transfers and help meet privacy requirements. Compliance still depends on the complete implementation, infrastructure and operating procedures.
Practical connections. Semantic product search, content assistance and structured operations are examples of where AI can complement a reliable Magento platform.

Not every problem needs AI, and not every AI application requires a large language model. I choose technology with care, weighing practical value against computing resources and long-term maintainability. Sometimes a smaller model, a conventional algorithm or no AI at all is the better solution.
The best AI projects begin with a useful question, not with a model name. Whether the goal is to organise information, assist an existing workflow or reduce repetitive work, I can first examine whether AI is the right tool at all.
